Purposes of processing and legal basis:
Processing of data to create a test account and user administration for the Hebamio software on the basis of a contract initiation. The processing of your personal data is necessary to verify your admission as a midwife and to send you access data. No test access can be created without the provision of your personal data.

Your data will be stored for 3 months after the end of the test phase. If you have purchased the license then until the termination of the license agreement plus statutory retention obligations for invoices.

The following data will be processed by you: Name, address, postal code, city, state, e-mail address, IP address and telephone number. The e-mail address is forwarded to Mail-Chimp (Rocket Science Group LLC) in order to be able to send the free online course and various newsletters.

If no services have yet been provided, this consent can be revoked at any time. If services have already been provided, the data will only be used to prove the correct processing of the previous activity (e.g.: billing of license fees). The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processed on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal.
